eSoftPay is an all inclusive ACH payment software solution for Windows based PC's with versions
available for the Omni 3750 credit card equipment. eSoftPay makes it possible for any business to turn paper checks
into electronic check transactions using a process referred to as "ECC" or "Electronic Check Conversion". ECC works by reading the numbers printed across the
bottom of the customer's check and then electronically transmitting them to the checkwriter's bank. Optical character recognition is also available, if desired,
to help speed up the check scanning/imaging process, since the check amount will not be magnetically encoded when you receive a check by mail. The amount of the check is then debited from the checkwriter's account and deposited into your account.
Should the transaction be returned (bounce), the bad check image and information will automatically be transferred to us for collection, and best of all, your bank's
NSF Fees will be eliminated, saving you an average of $5.00 to $10.00 per bad check.
eSoftPay software will benefit your company by consolidating all your check receipts and turning them into electronic deposits,
rather than taking the time to prepare and deliver physical bank deposits. Converting physical checks to electronic deposits will eliminate your bank NSF fees when a check bounces and we have
found that converting paper checks in your own back office also reduces the number of checks that bounce, partly because electronic transactions take precedence over paper
transactions on the day they are presented against the check writer's account. And when you are converting the checks yourself into electronic debits the withdrawals usually hit the checkwriters'
accounts quicker, hopefully before other paper checks they have written around the same time.

When you decide to convert your customers' checks, we can do the electronic check collection as usual, if you make sure to enter or import all the customer data found
on each check. Once the customer data (name, address, phone number(s), driver's license number, bank routing and account number, etc.) is in the software, the next check from
that same customer scanned and imaged into the system will automatically have all the info for you added without any manual data entry being required.
eSoftPay can also be used to do "Direct Deposit" electronic payroll and Point of Purchase Check Conversion, if you accept checks
over the counter in some cases where your employees could be connected to your computer network with an imager and printer. The software has an optional "Quick ACH Module" for
businesses that use the Quick Books accounting package, that interfaces the two programs to streamline the acceptance of checks and "Direct Deposit" electronic payroll.
If you don't use Quick Books, eSoftPay comes with a liberal import/export function to communicate
with many other accounting packages. Forget about printing payroll checks ever again. Your employees will now be on "Direct Deposit".
If you want to process ACH payments directly from your accounting system and don't have to convert paper checks, you can use our ACH Gateway without the need to purchase
eSoftPay. You just create a compatible outsource file as often as required from your inhouse system. Then batch upload it to our ACH Gateway.

No more "Check's in the Mail" excuses. With eSoftPay you can schedule electronic auto payments by check (or credit card with our approved
merchant account) with pre-authorization from your customers. The recurring debits can be scheduled and revised whenever needed for any specific day(s) or date(s) each month.
This can greatly reduce your billing expense and you will no longer be waiting for customers to get around to mailing in their payments.
In some cases you may find it profitable to accept a "Check by Phone" payment. Simply enter the customer's checking account information and the amount of the payment. If the customer information
is already in the software, there's no need to enter it again. Just complete the transaction, with optional Check Verification, and the money will be debited from the checkwriter's account the next
business day. Sure beats waiting for them to mail in a payment!
