From the welcome screen click "Merchant Reports." Now you will see the following screen.
First select how you want the checks sorted, by "Entered Date", "Check Date", "Paid Date", or "Debit Date".
Most of the time the "Entered Date" is used. You enter the Start Date in the From: Field, and the End Date in the To: field.
If you click the down arrow next to the date fields you will see a calender like below. Select the Month, Year, and the Day.
Now Click the Button.
You should now see a list of the checks in the system. It may be on several pages, since, by default the system will
only list ten checks per page. You can change this in the settings page, but more on that later.
 
You may view any of the checks by clicking View.

As you can see, there will be a lot of information for you to view on each and every check.
